What is required to begin servicing opportunities?
You must be a US Citizen/Permanent Resident with a clean federal background check. You must have a quiet workspace to operate in, and have a willingness to service calls for Fortune 500 companies.
Are the opportunities you offer considered jobs?
Our business model is that of an open-ended contractor relationship. This means that we are not offering a job, rather contracted opportunities that fit your schedule and earning needs.
How do I get paid?
We pay out twice per month as a direct deposit to your bank account!
What are the steps of the registration process?
Registration is a multi-step process that starts with filling out the applicable tax and servicing agreements with Traverse Pro Services. After this, you begin by filling out a simple 5-minute profile and passing a background check.
What equipment do I need to work in these opportunities?
You must have a computer with at least a dual-core 1.4GHz CPU, 4 GB of RAM, 60 GB space, Windows 10, a hard-wired internet connection with at least 10 MBPS down and 3 MBPS up, and at least 1 USB 3.0 port. Some opportunities may have different hardware requirements. Laptops are not recommended.
Is there any equipment that is not allowed?
Yes. Anything wireless (headset, mouse, keyboard, WiFi, etc) will not work on the platform. Most of our clients utilize their own VoIP systems, so telephone lines should no longer be necessary.
Is there a cost to register with the Traverse platform?
While there is a fee associated with the training, we reimburse 100% of training expenses directly to you upon receiving a record of payment/receipt, and at the time of your first paycheck.
What kind of opportunities are available?
Great question! We have numerous clients from all kinds of different industries. We are under a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement, and as such we cannot disclose any client names until you have signed a similar agreement. Whether it’s home improvement, vacation planning, or roadside assistance, you’re able to help people from all walks of life!
